“A Celebration of Wine, Women & Song”
Thursday, March 22, 2012 // 6:30 – 9:00pm
Tickets: $30 or $50/couple ($35 at the door)
Event supporting the Flourishing Families and Cameron’s Garden programs.
MomsBloom Inc. is a non-profit dedicated to helping women and families of any vintage who are experiencing the range of emotions (and sometimes maddening logistical details) of becoming and being new parents through the Flourishing Families program. MomsBloom also supports families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or prematurity through the Cameron’s Garden program.
We invite you to join us in celebrating the families we have served and help us continue to expand our outreach by attending this special event being held at the beautiful venue of the Richard App Gallery. The Girls Choral Academy and 15-year-old pianist Elizabeth “Lizzie” Kazmierski*, blind due to Retinopathy of Prematurity will provide the perfect musical complement to the surroundings.
A selection of delectable hors d’oeuvres will be served and a delightful array of silent auction items will be available for bidding. Contact Sara Binkley-Tow at sara@momsbloom.org or (616) 828-1021 for tickets or for more information.
Where: Richard App Gallery / 910 Cherry Street, Grand Rapids, MI 49506
*Lizzie is an Honor Roll student at East Grand Rapids High School and has been performing professionally since the age of 10. She is a pianist and a composer, and is involved in music ministry at our church. She has performed at benefits for organizations such as the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, the Girl Scouts of America and Very Special Arts.
