The MomsBloom board of directors are looking to expand their team with individuals with expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and fundraising. Community connections with donor communities and doula/birth work is preferred.

We strongly encourage individuals with diverse identities to consider this position. Diversity in leadership roles - at the table, being heard, and making the decisions is important to MomsBloom. Our efforts in improving equitable postpartum care and inclusive client and volunteer experiences are a top priority.

As a board member, you will:

• Serve as an advocate and ambassador for equitable postpartum support

• Identify and secure financial resources and partnerships

• Implement strategic planning and organization goals

• Leverage your connections, networks, and resources to develop collective action to fully achieve MomsBloom’s mission

Our Board of Directors meets once per month for 1.5 hours virtually. 1-2 additional hours per month may apply if you are interested in supporting projects, initiatives, and/or action committees.
